- FOURTH TRIMESTER SUPPORT -

POSTPARTUM VISITS AS NEEDED ........................$100/visit

In home postpartum care during your babymoon season in the extended Seacoast area of NH and Southern ME. These 3 hour visits typically consist of the following;

In home preparation of nourishing and holistic meals for you and your family
Lactation and feeding support
Processing your experience of birth
Newborn and older sibling care
Assistance with household tasks such as tidying up, laundry and dishes
Education and referrals

FOURTH TRIMESTER PACKAGE ............................$400

Beginning with an in home prenatal visit to discuss the importance of the BabyMoon time and what supportive care you imagine based on the needs and preferences of your family followed by three visits and 24hr on call support during the postpartum.

- CHILDBEARING YEAR PACKAGE -

A robust package of experienced care for the duration of your childbearing year which includes all components of my prenatal, labor and postpartum care in addition to comprehensive childbirth education classes.

Four prenatal visits (childbirth education covered in these visits)
On call support during your third and fourth trimesters
Labor support for the duration of your labor and delivery and a few hours during the immediate postpartum
